Jedi: Oh, yes. Understood. Okay. The next part is clarification. What is the relation between bubbles of heaven and quantum insertion portals?
Cobra: Quantum insertion portals happen when Light begins to clear one part of the quantum anomaly, and when enough of those portals open, bubbles of heaven can begin to appear.

Cobra: It can be stable for a few, few seconds long enough. If you can steady your mind without any thoughts for a few seconds, you are able to open a stable quantum insertion portal. But most people have their mind so restless that this is not easy for them to do.

Cobra: I AM Presence is your real presence, your Divine self. It has Masculine [and] Feminine aspects, which are in perfect balance on that level. And inner child is the incarnated soul. It is the part of the I AM Presence, which incarnates on the physical plane.

Richard – Cobra, can you please explain how dimensions work? How many dimensions are there? How is consciousness is related to dimensions?
COBRA – Dimensions are just descriptions of states of vibration of matter. Matter and spirit are 2 aspects of the same thing the same energy field. And if that energy field gets more densified we have physical matter which is some people term the 3rd dimension and if it gets rarified we got to the 4th dimension of the etheric & astral plane. If it gets even more rarified, we have the 5th dimension of the mental pale and this continues on until we get to absolute rarified matter which is absolutely spirit which is absolutely connected with the source. And there are just various manifestations of the One.
Richard – 你能否解釋維度是怎樣運作的，有多少個維度，意識如何跟維度有關係？
COBRA – 維度只是物質振動狀態的描述。物質和精神是相同能量場的兩個面相。如果能量場更稠密，就是物理物質，也就是一些人所稱的第三維度。如果能量場更稀薄，就是乙太星光層的第四維度。如果它變得更為稀薄，就是精神心智層的第五維度。這繼續下去直到絕對稀薄純化的物質，就是和源頭絕對連接的精神。這只是合一的各種顯化。
Richard – How is spirit evolution related to dimensions and consciousness?
COBRA – Dimension are just playground for they are just spaces of expression, possible ways how consciousness or source can manifest. They are not… the evolution of spirit is not defined by dimensions. It is defined by level of integration with the Source and this level of integration can manifest in any dimension.
Richard – 精神進化如何與維度和意識連接起來？
